I dig history. Not so much 20th century, but 18th and 19th century history.

I'm not limited to military history though. I enjoy all history.

that interesting era of 18 to 19 centuries  I am a bit  of a civil war buff

I enjoy reading about the Civil War. Not as much as I enjoy reading about the War for Independence. But I enjoy it.

also the american revolution and civil war.

ancestors of mine fought in the revolution, civil war, and wwii.

ooh, i also know quite a bit about military aviation.

i used to want to be a pilot... until they told me that you have to actually be able to see to do that. :(

I went through Gettysburg a couple of years ago, but didn't get the chance to get out and see the battlefields. I regret that.

But i did get to tour D.C., which was very cool.

I'm interested in Japanese history, particularly in the centuries leading up to the Meiji Restoration and all the way through the Allied occupation of Japan after WW2. That's about it. My girlfriend is a huuuuuuge history buff. Blows my mind how much she actually knows about all that stuff.
