I'm not really the type to call the police unless there's imminent harm coming, but one of the snitches on my block called a couple times and that stopped pretty quick.

They'll often play loud music, which I think is to offset them fucking. One time it was Whitney Houston's Wanna Dance With Somebody, and I was cracking up.

I had these next-door neighbors my freshman year who'd play loud ass video games and watch TV with their stereo hooked up so you could hear everything through our paper-thin walls. When they'd play video games, which was all the time, they and two or three other guys would scream at the top of their lungs any time anything remotely exciting happened. They watched a lot of DBZ and played a lot of Street Fighter, from what I understand. This occurred from 10:00 AM usually until 3:00 AM, and I had a class at 8:00 AM. I failed that class due to sleeping through it.
