Ah.  The show I spent one of my first Tumblr posts hating over when I started my Tumblr account.

The show I expressed my opinion on the Toonami Discord server which got me banned for a day, and eventually led to Discord thinking I'm a bot which permanently kicked me off that place.

THIS oughta be a hoot. -_-

Hopefully Amanda C. Miller will do well in her role as Naruto's son. She plays boys well, and I like what I'm hearing here.

Yup, sounds pretty good.

Looking forward to Cherami bringing the sass as Sarada, who's hopefully a pretty good character.

Sounds like Shino's VA is back since it sounded like him kicking off the beginning of the trailer.

That would be Derek Stephen Prince, who plays like ten Naruto characters already.

Cherami may make this bearable.

He plays Uryu Ishida, my favorite male character and second favorite character overall in Bleach, and Shino in Naruto, my favorite character of that show.  One of my fave VAs!

From what I've read of the manga, it's actually not that bad. The sorta/kinda fresh start makes it somewhat enjoyable.

Also, for those of you who are still Bleach fans, you might find the opening a little familiar....

Can't be worse than the original Naruto, especially Shippuden, right?  Since it's not written by the original author?  Well, GT and Super beg to differ...

I have no idea how bad this series actually is

all I know is it's set in a universe where LITERALLY every character (including ones who were implied to be gay) randomly paired off with an opposite sex partner and had carbon copy kids with them

Spoiler

even Orochimaru somehow..........yes really

in some cases they even married characters they canonically HATED, just so there could be babies

FYI, the movies fill in PARTS of how those events came to be, but I hear they still take place somewhere in the timeline of Shippuden anyway, and because they deal with relationships, a lot of fans are butthurt that either 1. their own personal ship didn't become real, or 2. they just plan hate how Naruto Shippuden never leaves!!!

So lemme get this straight:

Shippuden isn't even finished and there is no resolution to the whole Naruto series, but there's a sequel series? Yeah I'm sure this series is for adults and has a substantive plot and intriguing characters and isn't just a $$$ ploy to get mindless Generation Z kids to watch something with familiar characters albeit with storylines that are as deep as summer rain puddles.
