Bouvre
Across the lawn of a catholic church this last sunday, up into a tree branch overhanging the sidewalk that I was traveling on my way to work. First I saw the mess of white that would soon be known to me as feathers. Saw the brown figure. Wondered, is that an animal? Wondered, closer, is that bird real? It turned its head, took flight, and watched me as I passed. That's when I saw the limp grey-white wings. I could not maintain eye contact. I could only think of the talons that killed the pigeon. What I expected to be an omen of some sort (Sunday mornings are the busiest at work) turned out to be just some cool nature shit. The day was great, and slower than usual!

NaBarney
Once I saw a hawk going after a squirrel across a parking lot, extremely low flying making swooping grabs at it, right on its ass, I honked my horn and distracted it and the squirrel got away

Hornshire
We watched a hawk eat a mouse once when We were in grade school. It split the thing open by holding it in its beak and smashing it against a rock. Then it sort of pulled strings of it out like spaghetti, bit by bit. Hawks are super cool.

Codename: Jackass
I watched the owl that sits in front of my house snatch up a mouse in the vacant lot across the street.

Doom Metal Alchemist
My dad HATES pigeons because of the mess they make in our driveway. He loves it when he gets to see a hawk come and snatch one up.
