This is fucking hilarious to me, and I can imagine the reaction of anyone walking into his office and recognizing the character. Did you ask him about it?

Unfortunately I did not because it was the first meeting, and I had a lot of anxiety if it was gonna work out, but I might mention it next time for sure. And I'm gonna tell him it is slightly worrisome out of all characters, he chose that one. xD

I fucking knew it! But fo realz, like a psychiatrist liking a master manipulator character on Game of thrones got me suspious AF

Could also see how Littlefinger would be an interesting character to someone who studies the mind tho.

Yeah, I did understand that angle too. So far, he has been more receptive than the last one so I am trying his method. The doubled my Wellbutrin medicine which I don't mind because it is an energy increaser, but we will just see how it plays it. I should probably actually talk about the character with him next time.

I can bet that's it, I think Littlefinger is a great character personally, like I don't root for him or anything but I don't think the plot would interest me as much without him.

Fo sho an interesting character. He tries to find their hopes, and desires and uses it too his advantages. He is a true chaotic neutral, while mostly serving himself in the end, Idk, not an avid book reader though, this is what I gathered from the show. But you can't deny that Lord Baelish knows what is going on through peoples heads, and knows what to find to change a person's mind.

Should check out the manga or anime Monster if you find that type of character interesting, if you haven't already.

I did watch the beginning of monster a couple of years ago but never finished it. Actually, this is good cause now you help me remember that I can finish on spring break. I remember the boy had like a split personality right?

It's hard to explain without spoiling it but could totally see how he would see how he would seem like he does based on the first 12 eps or so.

OoooOOooo Intrigue! Again thanks for reminding me about this anime.

No problem, let me know what you think when you get around to watching it, it's one of my favorites and like Game of Thrones it's a fun one to talk about, hope you enjoy it.

Two in the past 3 months, I didn't like my last one cause I have trust issues and now trying a new one. Plus the last one was hella medicating me.

That's what psychiatrists do, they medicate their patients. If you eventually leave this psychiatrist because you feel he over medicates you too, try a psychologist instead. In MOST states, psychologists aren't licensed to give out medications or prescriptions. HOWEVER, in the state of California, I think psychologists ARE licensed to give medications and prescriptions. But I would assume they would be much less likely to do so because the law that said psychologists in California can give medications and prescriptions is fairly new.

I think they said that a psychologist could medicate me after an 8hr evaluation. And I am looking for medication, just not downer antidepressants like Zoloft. I was looking at medicine to help me focus, as it is a big problem in my life at school right now, but they are being over cautious about that, and they did double my last antidepressant, which does give energy, but idk. I guess I'll just see how things play out.

im not sure if this is a good sign or not. mainly cuz i dont get the reference.

A quick summary. lol I think I mentioned, basically a master manipulator in the show, gets people killed good or bad to help push his way up social ladder. A game of thrones is just that, a game of players trying to be on top. lol

sounds like my type of character!

you should study your psychiatrist for a while and see if you can learn anything.

A lot of people do like his character and he is one of the more popular players. I like the drunk dwarf Tyrion, but I think I'm biased cause I love his hatred against his family. xD And he does try to work for the greater good.

I was looking all over his off, he had his berkeley diploma all on display. And a bach bumper sticker too. Idk, how it's gonna go down, won't see him until another month. lol

lmfao that IS a red flag.

I knew the guy with the Hound name and pic would get this!!! lol Idk for me it kinda confirms why psychiatrists do what they do, as they are interested in understanding, and possibly getting to control a brain to move a certain way, usually in the name of better health. But still unnerves me a little. It also might explain why the last one didn't like me, I'm a very stubborn person who does bend to someone's way unless I want too. But this guys so far seems to be willing to listen, so there is that.
