Doom Metal Alchemist
More often than not, when someone stifles a sneeze, it sounds more like a fart than a sneeze. Why turn something non-embarrassing into something embarrassing? Just sneeze a sneeze.
pail
Oh. We're supposed to cover them? In my home country it's a sign of respect to openly sneeze on someone.

Inori
I have never made sneezing sounds. I've made an attempt to off and on in the past. I wanted to cover up the fact that all you hear is an abrupt rush of air from my nostrils and gross snot sounds. I wanted a cute girly "chu" sneeze. But my brother turns yawns into what I like to call "moose calls" and those are very annoying.
