i lost 50+lbs just from walking... later i joined the gym...but yah.. it works... it also improves your metabolism

 

i joined the gym, but i'm pretty sure this is what caused the hip problems. i couldn't get the knee therapy for 2 years...so i took matters into my own hands.

 

my dr. was not at all happy with this. and scolded me every visit.

 

i'm in a lot of pain right now. but, i just don't care at this point.

 

also, i went from having a cute bubble~esque booty to full on bubble butt.  :(

I think maybe you should consider going to the bathroom prior to your walk if that is a consistent problem.

 

not that kind of butt clenching...but the exercising butt clenching. for my gluteus maximus.

just take things slow and gradually build yourself up.. at your own pace. if you overdo it you are more likely to quit.

 

oh, i will, i wanted to get a jump on things. i start the water therapy next week.

i used to be like this, until all the leg  problems set in.  :(

 

My joints are fucked, so I simulate running with one leg up and the other flat on the floor while leaning my shoulder against a wall. It's been very helpful for reducing pain during exercise, and I can workout longer.

I should start clenching my butt. I walk about 3 miles to and from work everyday.

i can't even think about running anymore. my knees are shot from 8 years of running 3 to 5 miles a day.

 

and apparently now, i have shin splints.

You are better off joining your local YMCA and going swimming every day until more physical exercise is easier for you because swimming has zero impact on your joints.
