One time I went so hard on legs, I fell down like 3 times after I got home. I laughed it off and then crawled into bed

i have actually almost fallen down walking back to my car to dump off my gym stuff. kettle bells, leg press, leg crunches, and that lift machine thing where you swing your legs up. doing those four makes walking hard

My legs used to be massive, both from playing soccer and working in a warehouse for years. They're still big but the muscles have atrophied a lot so it's just the shape, now.

I don't think my legs have buckled since I was a little kid and first started playing soccer.
