I just tuned in to see if anything interesting happened in the finale and.... it was just a bunch of stuff. For those of you who watched this all the way through... did this ending make sense at all?

Because it's not an "ending" (especially since they went for the "new beginning" style lol), it's just the end of this particular installment. I mean it's UC, it's kind of ongoing.

It's had so many shows.... so I keep trying to see exactly what it is that people like about it. But it's like people that watch golf... I just don't get what the appeal is. Is it just that people like mechas and they'll tolerate any nonsensical plot as long as it delivers mecha fights?
