mthor Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 In fact, I think that this is better than beer and chocolate.
DragonSinger Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 Beer makes me feel like I'm dying, but I do enjoy a PBJ with a cider.
mthor Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 Actually, that's what I wanted, but all I could find cold was beer. (I don't know why I keep it cold - I cook with it a lot more than I drink it.)
mthor Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 Personal preference, I guess - beer and M&M's were always my father's go-to when we were watching old movies. Grossed me out of my gourd back then, but maybe it's a middle-age thing.
wacky1980 Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 ewwwwno. what kind of beer, like a chocolate stout? i could maaaaybe see that. but not a lager, shit no.
mthor Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 No - an IPA. Stout sounds like a good match, but I don't drink enough to justify buying it, and for what I use it for, it'd be too heavy to cook with.
Mini_ghost420 Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 I don't think it is. but whatever you're the one having it
mthor Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 Normally, I like coffee with PBJ, but I'd just come in from mowing the lawn. Milk is just not something that sounds good when I'm thirsty.
bigdick Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 I'd hate this. I love salty things with my beer, never anything sweet. Dry wine and semi-sweet fruits is as far as I'd go for the whole sweets+alcohol combo. Otherwise, I'd rather drink it solo.
mthor Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 Normally, I'd agree, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I'm going to have to start putting the cider in the fridge and the beer in the cupboard. (And it was darn good.)
