  11. You still can. There's no reason you can't set aside say 12pm to 8pm as the range of time to eat all your meals for the day and not eat outside of those right hrs. It's good for you

  22. That works fine with exactly what I said though... Eat as many calories as you need to when you need to without too much, then fast for most of the day every day, no intermittent snacking, if you can stick to that schedule it helps you skip unnecessary meals and gives your body time to find and use all the extra food that's in you all the time and throw all the waste and shit away and better do its thing transforming your size
  23. How are you gonna gain weight by not having your diet food until Thurs. I don't even know what diet food means. Just fast, or do some intermittent fasting - the same 16 straight hours every day no eating, then have your restricted caloric amt of whatever foods available to you during those 8, no sugary drinks or juices just water, do this every day as a lifestyle for a year you'll lose a lot of weight
