I don't think it was an "Everyone gay just luurrvs Lady Gaga" as much as it was her character was a pretty old vampire that was sexually enticing to humans regardless of their declared orientation. She did kind of force herself on him from what I recall, she had an endgame though, it wasn't like she just wanted to screw a gay dude.
