As an aside Hamas admitted to killing the hostages moments before the IDF was going to rescue them so fuck Hamas. The alternative narrative definitely is going to be “Israel’s IDF did it and Hamas was trying to keep the hostages alive” but it’s bullshit. They admitted they did it. One or two might have even been US citizens.

Hamas basically saying “don’t do anything to us in Gaza and we’ll release the hostages” isn’t really acceptable. Israel’s response wasn’t acceptable either but I’m sure there’s a middle between doing nothing and acts of genocide

Omg the eddie Guerrero doc told a horrific story. He had a match against the dude that pretended to be a Texas oil tycoon complete w dumb hat. (Idr his name) at one point Guerrero cuts his forehead, common practice at the time, but he cut an artery and almost died. Wrestling maybe fake and scripted but the athleticism and stunts are real. Idk if wrestling went to blood packs after that.

If other organizations use the same business practices as the WWE viewers that care should say something. In the WWE Vince had the wrestlers classified as independent contractors despite not owning their names and not being able to wrestle for other organizations. There’s zero worker’s compensation and no retirement benefits. Wrestlers like Roddy Piper (he also has a reelz doc) didn’t come back because they really wanted to, they returned because they needed the money. There’s probably a lot worse stuff too. I stopped watching wrestling about 15 years ago. So idk what has improved if anything

I was watching Reelz back to back docs I saw a few. Andre the Giant Owen Hart Macho Man and Eddie Guerrero. I missed the one about China. They all had 1 thing in common: Drug and Alcohol Abuse (including steroids or HGH) They also all take crazy leaps and other things that rattle the body but I’m not including that because it’s a for gone conclusion that they’d have that in common Vince McMahon is a human piece of shit how he ran his business

Trump was indicted again on charges related to Jan 6. They’re not going after him for anything connected to trying to pressure the DoJ. They’re focusing on what he did as a candidate up for reelection or something like that.
