So last night a 3 lb jar of honey exploded in my cabinet. That's shitty.

I want to annex a portion of my neighbor's yard, its a little grassy patch with a bunch of nice conifers. Want to build a shed there. Look at this land. It needs a shed.

They say the yeast you use makes a difference too. For this one i just used the generic stuff that came with the kit. Been thinking about growing my own yeast; make a mead thats 100% my own. Could be fun.
