toonami lost a premiere slot so Adult swim could get a filler slot for reruns....that's what that means and i think that really sucks Toonami loses half an hour so adult swim can have a pointless filler spot....

it just seems a little concerning because losing a spot on the block is never a good sign....that's one less premiere on toonami and it's hard not to see that as a bad thing when that spot's probably not coming back anytime soon plus if you aren't a major fan of SAO then this news just bums you out even more....having to wait longer for a new premiere you are interested in furthermore With several shows on the block having confirmed new seasons it could result in the block feeling a bit stale and samey with the same stuff rotating that lost spot leaves less room to try something fresh instead of hitting a familiar note

i find it odd how fire force's departure gives us nothing new and we simply end up losing 1 slot on the block.... could they have gotten their budget slashed?

why? on thursday i purchased final fantasy X/X-2 for $24.99 but no matter what i did...it just wouldn't download at all and none of the solutions i was given worked whatsoever so all i could do was request a refund and I'm gonna hear back about it in A E-Mail 2-3 days from now(telling me if my request for a refund has been accepted or denied)

i do often wonder if the commercials are the real shows and the shows are the commercials on most networks

good themes get you hyped up for the show and when it's edited to end before the theme truly begins it kills some of that hype-build up it also doesn't help that many edits feel like they didn't care if the edit was terrible or not....as long as it gave enough time for a dozen ads from the truth psa group that's good enough

they'd probably be surprised that the toonami block isn't just a bunch of acid trip visuals with pink floyd music blaring in the background they probably just think toonami is more of the same adultswim brand stuff that's the thing Random Weird Shows that just exist to be bizarre and stupid has been Adultswim's Identity for a long time now so I Wouldn't be surprised if this kind of advertising took hold because that's the way they presented themselves to the public as Quirky And silly shows that probably involved a lot of drugs

and it's always for commercials that don't seem to fit being anywhere near toonami....Yup Here's some condom commercials during MHA or telling you to go out and buy some food from a place that has long since closed since ya know this is An Insomniac's block ....all that aside it really feels like the commercials are the show and the show is just a side-story when things have to be drastically cut down just so you can have a lot more commercial time all for commercials that just act like we're the standard adult swim viewing audience who will just buy random crap in the middle of the night because we're all on drugs apparently.... I Wouldn't be surprised if adultswim thinks rick and morty fans are the majority of toonami fans and that they can be as weird or strange as they want because hey our acid tripping fans are the same as our anime loving fans

makes me think adultswim just really thinks the toonami audience likes that weird crap....

true i suppose it's more that it's a crap cliffhanger to leave on for weeks

hard to believe we've had this episode's cliffhanger haunting us for several weeks....

sucks because many OP's lose their hype when it's just a few seconds

"this christmas the doctor is in" next week's marathon is the 28th...last i checked that's several days after christmas

i think a third rerun would really kill toonami for me....this is what i look forward to every saturday night

i think it's funny that tonight there's still a new episode of steven universe future on cartoon network

and just make people run to funimation now even quicker

seems weird they'd kill time and even air A Lupin OVA just for a rerun....

advertising has gotten a bit out of hand on television is all I'm saying....to the point where it feels like the ads themselves are the focus with how long the breaks seem to be for most channels

They Need to learn sooner or later that holidays don't prevent people from watching anime

i mean Fire Force's Second Opening(Cut)doesn't get anyone hyped at all...just when it's about to it just stops....what changed that suddenly intro's either have to be super short or not exist at all? are networks in such big trouble that they need a million commercials?

and these antique ways of running a network won't do them any favors

as always I'll probably just have it as background noise and be watching random youtube videos instead...
