Refs doing their best to screw Northern Illinois against NC State. So far, 2 completely bogus Personal Fouls & an NIU kick returner waved everyone away from the ball, picked it up and ran - only to have a ref say he gave a fair catch signal (wasn't even iffy). You know it's bad when the announcers are saying, "That didn't even come close to a _____."

I'm sure they're willing to wait for it to trickle down...

I know you're never going to get everyone on board, but I also know that there's a large contingent of "my family has always voted Republican" types who will just go along with whatever the party does (same goes for the Dems).

Not so sure about this. It may be true for a good portion of the GOP voters, but I have the feeling that the majority of the elected party members and major supporters might just breathe a sigh of relief, and be more than happy to move on from Donny. If he does lose, I think he might be surprised by how the party treats him afterward, especially if he tries to dictate the future of its platform.

Friend of a friend was hit by a bullet, running from the Hush shooting in Birmingham, AL. Said as he was running, he felt pain and fell to the ground. He got to a diner, who flagged down a cop, but a friend (who was also hit) was able to drive him to UAB Hospital. He's ok, the bullet missed the femoral by millimeters, but when he fell, he said he looked back and saw a bunch of bodies. My friend lives about 2 blocks away from where it occurred.

Guess who developed, built and serviced Russia's SS-18 ICBM ...and has stopped servicing them since the start of hostilities? And Russia hasn't been able to replace them with their own.
