Mine was the shift of product in a container. My back didn't feel right, but I carried on working the rest of the day. The temp outside had dropped over that time & I didn't wear a jacket. As soon as my body hit the cold air, I folded into an upside-down "L" shape. My coworkers who were leaving were all laughing at me & it took a lot of effort to get across the parking lot and into my Camaro. A couple years later, getting hit from behind in that car screwed it up even more. Now at least, when I feel it starting to go, I know how to pop it back into place. It will work if I can do it as soon as I feel it going, otherwise it will tighten up into something only a chiropractor can shove into place.

Hah, I was throwing my back out in my early 20s!
