Actually, an earlier post on r/ukraine stated that the Russians appropriated the tractor to tow the armored vehicle back to the border after running out of fuel. The farmer just appropriated it back...along with the armored vehicle.

Report is that Chechen leader Kadyrov has delivered an ultimatum to the West to remove all sanctions from Russia or Chechnya will sanction the West. As funny as that is, the deadline is hilarious - "срок даю до 31 февраля" ("deadline is February 31st").

Unconfirmed reports have Russian soldiers captured wearing Ukrainian military uniforms, driving Ukrainian military vehicles into Kyiv. Chechen General killed in Ukraine, possibly by Ukrainian Elite Forces. BBC reporting that the children of Russian Oligarchs are coming out against the war.
