  1. Now they just break up with their shows via text (Gemusetto).
  2. Of course CW would get SAO. Fucking thing's Shipping: The Animated Series. You can't 2.5 years worth of semen glopping on The CW tho.
  3. Damn son. You mind giving us any trading pointers?
  4. Oh yeah, I forgot her melanin count dropped between series.
  5. HBO Max had a messy rollout, so I think this is an effort to pull as many subscribers in as possible in the window of a year. That said, there's only so much revenue you can get this way. Once the flow of new subscribers plateau, there's really no reason to spend $100+ million dollars on movies when they can just produce more TV shows for a much lower price tag. This is why I see this as a temporary thing and why they're simultaneously releasing this massive backlog of delayed flicks to theaters, because the profits from a streaming service alone still pales in comparison to box office receipts that would normally exist had it not been for one of the horsemen of the apocalypse fucking this year up. Tl;dr version: Temporary solution to a temporary problem.
  6. It is a smart move, and it's also not "The Death Of Cinema" that people around the web are mourning/celebrating it to be.
  7. What I fins most ironic that the script's being done by the same guy who co-wrote Dual Of The Fates. Just writing that sentence depressed me.
  8. Eh. Comedy Central shows end up on HBO Max anyways (which I have), so no big loss.
  9. Seconded. Torrenting a disc rip = better quality than streaming.
  10. Nah. I got every channel (East & West versions) except for Viacom. But not really watching Toonami right now until Gridman comes around anyways, so...
  11. It means exactly what it says. I cut my cable and moved to Hulu Live streaming.
  12. Ay, guess who moved to Hulu Live? The Nielsen system is obsolete. May it burn in Hell.
  13. The Greed fight and the underground city stuff is awesome, but the corny Ishbal shit and Shamballa are enough to make the back half of '03 obsolete. Hell, Shamballa for FMA is like TROS to the Star Wars sequel trilogy. The fuck were they thinking?
  14. Why didn't anyone tell me about the Gimp Trilogy? (The Gimp Before Christmas/We Three Gimps/Gimp Nuts Emptying Into An Open Gape)
  15. The 2003 one is better for the material covered in the first half (since Brotherhood kinda rushed that). The rest of that series is ignorable. I still stand by Machete Order being the best viewing experience (FMA:B ep. 1 / FMA '03 ep. 1-25 / FMA:B ep. 11-64). There are arguments for inconsistencies watching it this way, but those inconsistencies are vague and implied at worst.
  16. He took over Peter Kelamis' Goku in the part of the Ocean dub that never aired in the US (Funimation's dub only aired in Canada and the UK for the Frieza saga, everything else was Ocean).
  17. Is it a vibrating table with the words Code Geass etched into it?
  18. Didn't read that part. Although Primal is pretty horrific at times. There's even a fuckin' zombie episode.
  19. I was afraid Fishcenter would be a victim too. Guess they didn't avoid the hammer coming down either, huh?
  20. That girl towards the end is waifu material Jesus fuck
