She used to eat so fast she would choke, and she would just eat any amount without stopping really. She had to eat out of one of those slow feeder bowls with the ridges inside for a while and now she stops to chew her food before taking another bite instead of continuously shoveling food down her face. She didn't even finish her breakfast this morning. She doesn't even need the slow feeder bowl anymore because it forced her to develop a habit.
