The answer is: that particular image was already against the existing rules these types of things aren't generally reported I don't normally read toonami, so I stumbled into it on my own People have been asking/requesting/demanding/complaining for a wholesale reset of the rules for years, for civility, content, and user safety across the board. To that end, I'm on the cusp of finishing a draft set of rules to just standardize, simplify, and detoxify things. One of those rules is a prohibition on explicit porn/nudity. We don't want to moderate it, we don't want the liability for it, and it's free all across the rest of the internet. Given the *gestures wildly* everything, it seemed worth just ripping the band-aid off and implementing that rule now rather than waiting. If y'all want to draw and share suggestive art, I'm not going to stop you. Obviously there's a difference between "explicit" and "suggestive" that everyone seems to be ignoring.
