I dunno, considering they threw clips from second season episodes that haven't even aired yet in one of their new Criminal Threats promo that aired while the first season was still rerunning, I don't think it's that farfetched that someone forgot that there's definitely some differentiation there. Oh well, the new season's coming and those of us here know when it's coming, that's all that really matters.

So it's National Novel Writer's Month and, being someone who occasionally writes in their spare time - which I have a lot of between the pandemic and my continuing struggle to get employed - I was thinking I could do some practice exercises, prompts and whatnot, to both celebrate and get myself back in the writing mood. I'm not looking to really create a novel or an attempt at one - not yet, anyways - so I don't think actually doing the stuff the NaNoWriMo organization may be doing this month is the right course of action. Plus I have to sign up and I'm well over their targeted age range. Are there any free NaNoWriMo exercises/prompts/etc. I can do this month that I can schedule on my own terms and without pressure from larger organizations?

As someone who's actually looking forward to Gemusetto, I agree. As of this moment, all Fire Force S2 has gotten from Toonami was a general announcement three months ahead of schedule and several clips featured in the most recent Criminal Threats promo. Easily the crappiest treatment a new show's gotten since Shippuden, which we still haven't gotten a singular series promo or a marathon for.

I'd say Max knows more about anime, actually being a fan of it, than most of the people making parodies of the medium, though considering how the target demos for [as]'s weirder shit don't align with the anime viewership they've been making fun of since Sealab 2021's heyday, I don't blame people for writing it off before it even hits.
