Because when he doesn’t they threaten his family! The pairing makes no sense, and everyone who keeps insisting on “Space gays” is a goddamn idiot that’s better off watching a show about actual gay people instead of demanding a cartoon for young boys turns into a homosexual romance. And here’s a question for all? Why are the Tumblrinas so insistent, so violently insistent on kids shows having gay content and being furious if something else is present? Is it an inability to handle adult shows that handle the content in a more nuanced and equal manner? A desire to make others feel miserable? I mean the show sucks because of a lack of robot action generated by a seeming hatred for it (which is why Franxx is better), but the insanity that permeates the fans is scary. It also hasn’t translated into toy sales. The human toys all flopped.

Moose is the sole reason I hope live action One Piece airs, even if it’s only for a single season and HBO makes Luffy have sex with everyone (although odds are good he wouldn’t think anything of it, essentially trading his asexuality for being able to hit anything that moves but incapable of understanding romance). Just his sheer epic meltdown would be something to behold.

Also, I’ve sort of come around on Tim and Eric thanks to their pretty funny ad campaigns (Old Spice for instance), but they are best in SMALL doses and so is Pop Team Epic. A nonstop drip of it will get old quickly, the same way Awesome Show did for many. (I think that’s why Tom Goes to the Mayor sucked, it didn’t play to their strengths which is rapid absurdity, not a steady stream).

Panty and Stocking had ten metric tons of sexual content and that was a no-no.
