Well I mean if the story of the MC gradually learning to use his powers and becoming the top hero over the course of 200 episodes doesn't appeal to you, then it's probably not a show you're going to like. I thought AOT S1 was strong enough to keep me invested even during the long slow stretches. S2 made me stop caring about AOT all together.

Eh, you should watch the first season before making that claim, MHA is pretty much the fastest paced shonen. AOT did itself a huge disservice with a horribly paced S2 full of flashbacks and useless cannon fodder characters, not sure if you watched that far.

Oh I forgot Power Rangers... I think that became the supreme 5 mechs merge to become one big mech anime. and didn't leave much room for Voltron.

Yeah I tuned in for the final fight and.... It was a bunch of time stopping nonsense with an asspull revival of grandpa Jojo. The fight was pretty terrible overall, they stopped after every punch to monologue for 5 minutes. Welp people say the next Jojo is much better. A+? Lol that reviewer.

Well for a shonen, a lot happened in 13 episodes.

Actually in 2 episodes Goku actually gets shot by a bullet. It just leaves a mark. Which is ridiculous that it even leaves a mark at his level.
