Asians can have red hair. Black people can be albinos. Japanese and Chinese can be very fair skinned, and it's seen as preferable to being dark. Overlord is not a parody at all. It has humorous moments now and then. But it takes its worldbuilding very seriously. Konosuba is a parody. One Punch Man is a parody. Usually if something is a parody it's pretty obvious =P

They're always just bonus content that they don't really care about or dub usually.
