@bnmjy hey just to make that post less cryptic, i am trying to say faith is a strength. just like weightlifting. not everyone is good at it or can do it. my little poem was to try to make a compassionate tone from someone being accused of being a heathen.

and why are we heathens? the truth of faith is we must have that faith in our hands, to judge and define what we feel in it on our own, testing it, making sure it is ours, grounded in beliefs that are truly ours. we cannot arrange deeper beliefs than we were bestowed, blessed, granted a safe-haven, and taught to live. praying, I would ask jesus: the path of courage involves risk; not knowing how or what will happen as a result, is that lesson honest, about divided faith too? to keep faith involves great steadiness and unwavering strength; fear. only maybe the Lord has the strength to answer.

i just believe some of the people i knew would have huge raging parties for that "2000" reunion mark... but realistically they would still invite me if we were in contact even though i didnt graduate... for example last year i was in the area of my hometown on new years and got invited to a party by an old friend. omg i appreciate that guy. god bless him. his kids were play fighting me for two hours and we had this huge party with food and beer. it was so much fun.

but i quit high school and i never looked back on missing prom or being popular. never looked back on all the friends i lost because i was self centered and closed minded to pop culture. but i am most upset or regret most about missing the "turn of the millennium-reunion" parties. i bet they are fucking outrageous.
