  1. Ah, my friend. Always a pleasure. You might say I'm one of those anarcho-scientia-aesthetic communists on the DL that infiltrates unassuming internet communities with the sole purpose of imperiling the Adult-Youth of PseudoAthens with cool music, poetry, history facts, progressiveness, communism, cynicism, droogs, and memes. Can't forget the memes. Cool party, guys.
  2. But enough about my sex life.
  3. I started posting on the boards in 2005, around the time I first started getting heavy into E6 bands like of Montreal, Apples in Stereo, The Minders, Olivia Tremor Control, Circulatory System, and my absolute favs The Sunshine Fix (that’s the band playing in the video, the lead singer of it Bill Doss tragically died ‘bout a decade ago) and that moment’s stuck with yr fellow ever since. Gods above, I’m old. Well, relatively speaking anyways.. Anyways I experience uterine liberation last Friday, 35 years of age now, and I see this glorious place is still holding on, still living the dream. A most worthy endeavor indeed. Much love ya’ll.
  4. Remember to use th’wattehose sparingly guvnor. And under no circumstances should you use it in Arizona with Winona, wait hold the presses *checks notes* it doesn’t exist anyways. So yr good. As you were.
  5. Man, I miss so much here. Lots of old friendos keep popping out of the woodwork from wherever and here I am doing whatever.. sigh. This makes me so happy ngl.
  6. Hah, I kinda forgotten about Gnome. He was always our drunken comrade in arms. Good egg. I've mostly been thinking about what happened to Sparks and Vintage. Lots of old souls that I haven't seen in many, many years. It's a very nostalgic feeling for sure, and also kinda sad at the same time. So it goes, I guess.. Life moves on.
  7. Imagine this as a mere prelude to the main show, a Dildo with a side of spaghetti at the Spaghetti Factory today. Steak and the Hope Diamond ring at the Sizzler, home of the Sizzler on the 'morrow. Regardless, come what may.. congrats!
  8. Woke up at 8 to the rain coming inFalling on my old red rugI poured myself another wine and blew another lineAnd listened to your voice haunt my headMaybe I mistook you for a diamond ringMaybe there ain't no such thingWe shared a bed laughingAnd a pint or two of ginThat don't mean were starring in the moviesWoke up at 8 to the sound of tearsFalling from our fool's gold eyesI watched your pale spine from the corner of the bedIts shape began to scream at heavenMaybe I mistook you for a diamond ringMaybe there ain't no such thingWe shared a bed, some laughs, and a pint or two of ginThat don't mean were starring in the moviesWoke up at 8 to the sound of birdsSinging a lonely old song

  14. Me clicking that link and thereby reading the minutest sample of that thread was like opening the lost ark and being immediately melted like candlewax by angry cosmic forces. Curse my feline-like curiosity.
  15. I feel like we're all stuck in some sorta Sisyphean time loop here, we might ninja vanish at the drop of a hat.. often for multiple years at a time. But eventually the level 3 curse mark imprinted upon our collective subconsciousness eventually drags us kicking back to the gaping manifold that birthed our collective insanity. Crazy how that happens.
  16. Packard? WE'RE STILL TALKING ABOUT PACKARD???? My lord ya'll I am deceased lmao. But yes good job on unlocking a long suppressed memory of mine regardless. I haven't thought about Kenworth in at least a decade. Amazing how times flies. And on that tangent, I'm also reminded of Yellow7 and now I wish I hadn't. Good job, bruvs.
  17. I clap for the shoe hands.
