Theatre nerd. A good mix of people in that. Normals, jocks, preps, hicks. I had a friend or two in most cliques. I was friends with band nerds and their friends as well because I did band in middle school. The guys I hung out with were kind of geeky but generally well liked. Some crossover between theatre and band as well. Away from school I mostly hung out with skate punks and stoners because they didn't care about impressing people and liked me for who I was. Not the rich kids who dressed like skaters but the actual punks from dysfunctional families, like me.

I don't believe for a second they were designed for kids with ADHD, it's just a selling point.

Back in 4th grade you weren't cool if you didn't have a Tech Deck. Regardless of whether or not you could skate. Sometimes in middle school the skater kids would show out and try to ride one of those big Tech Decks made for your hands, it was always funny.
