Depends on the maker. Usually, if it says it’s big and tall, then it’s an XLT. That means that, no, it won’t fit you like a regular shirt, you’ll have to tuck it in, because it’s longer than normal. XL is really not a big and tall size. Sizing for normal is bullshit, because the vast majority of people are in “Large” and “Extra Large” categories
