So anyway, Vegeta is never meant to be great as a true threat to the protagonist or any of the following antagonist....Vegeta is great due to his tenacity, and the charisma of his character....Like one day....just ONE time, you hope he gets his ultimate win. Or even a win he can truly brag about....But he won't...Still, he will train, and push, and never give up because he's just that fucking dedicated. I mean he's had his shit slapped by every real villain on the show, but they throw him bones from time to time...Like he beat the fat clown android, and he got his revenge against Zarbon and some of Frieza's men. But up against the Big Boys, he'll always lose......But not for lack of trying. Hell, I still feel bad that due to how it was written, Frieza is STILL stronger than him since he couldn't be the one to help lay waste to Jiren's dumb looking ass. But outside of his fighting, he's just really a good guy with a rough exterior....I believe Beerus could have slapped ChiChi clean off the planet and Goku wouldn't have flinched until he decided to power up to full power or some shit....Goku is truly a shit character. Cell almost killed Gohan several times and Goku just sat there with a smile on his face.....Vegeta, ho boy....Fuck with Vegeta's family and he goes fucking apeshit in the most literal sense of the word....He lost his shit over Trunks and Bulma. That, and that more than anything else makes him a great character.
