yeah, I was just stating that it's not really an equal alternative. The like button should n't really be at the bottom of the list of things to fix in my opinion, but I don't think it's anything to get your panties too wrapped up about either.

The only problem with using "karma points" or whatever, I'm still curious as to what the intended use for that was supposed to be..but anyway you can't track who gives you karma, and I always liked to see who actually hit the like button on my posts, or atleast what post got me the like in the first place. That actually kinda lets you know what other users might find funny or likeable.

The one I filled out was for a pharmacy tech position at CVS. I doubt I'd get the job anyway not having any experience. They had the same type of quiz at the end of it as walmart does. I still remember how laughable theirs was from when I applied at the distribution center here in high school.

keyboards are cheap man..Well theres some really expensive ones ofcourse. Coolermaster has some decent gaming keyboards cheap as fuck, I'm using the "CM Storm Devastator 2" it's only 24.99 and it has backlighting you can toglle on and off.. I think I got it for like 5 bucks with discounts when I built this computer.

I guess it's to weed out people that arent really that interested, or are just filling it out for unemployent purposes.

I'm talking about the ones that have a spot for you to upload your resume, but then make you fill out every little explicit detail anyway only to ask you some of the same questions that should of been answered by doing that.. The one I just did was one that also has those bullshit questionares like what would you be most likely to do in this situation A. Calmly advise the customer there's nothing further you can do to help them or B. Walk over to the tools department and grab a sledgehammer to hit them with.. Not applying for a clerk position exactly, just an example of said bullshit.
