A random dude gave me a knife after a show last night
PhilosipherStoned replied to That_One_Guy's topic in Free-For-All
It was a hint that your routine needs more key knife material. -
I think all the buses in this fleet are automatic thankfully. I havent drove stick in so long.. plus I've never really drove a vehicle with a manual transmission long enough for it to get second nature so that would make this process twice as frustrating if I had to.

The only thing I did productive today was working on straight line/ offset backing, and parallel parking a school bus for a few hours. My driving test is Friday, and there's so many parts of the school bus I have to point out and talk about for the pretrip inspection that I'm losing my mind. I have to drive 50 miles to the city where I'm going to do the test tomorrow as well though since my trainer wants to scope out the DMV and make sure I get some driving experience there. I will be so glad when I finally get all this training, and testing out of the way.

That doesn't make any sense something has to be wrong with an automated flagging system or something. Hopefully it doesn't do that everytime you make a small purchase or that would be highly annoying. Unless they saw the charge was way out of the geographic area you usually use the card. Some companies will lock an account until you call in and verify it's you if they see that.

I'm curious too that sounds like a pretty entertaining story.

@molarbear charged for assaulting an officer after petting the wrong canine cop.

I've only used snapchat like 3 or 4 times. It's kind of lame. I mean if you see a post you want to save I think there's plenty of ways to do it anyway from what I remember so it doesn't even really serve it's intended purpose..

Ex band? I really enjoyed Whiskey Be My Friend.

A new low lol. All the jobs I've been in like that are pretty cushy. What are you a conscientious objector?

I've faced a simular situation. Just make sure the company can't twist the fact they let you go by saying there were other programs/positions offered to the employees that were laid off etc..because your employer...especially if it's a big company with a well organized corporate.. will more than likely try that. What I mean is they will make it look like you voluntarily left instead of switching positions if they can. Be prepared for them to appeal your claim just because they can, and don't automatically assume the agency is going to side with them because walmart appealed my claim, and the agency sided with me both times. I was laid off when a contracting company I was working for went under and sold out.. I was promised a job with the other company, but they dragged their feet so I found another job elsewhere within a few months. I didn't try for unemployment, but I guaruntee the company would've brought up that they offered me employment elsewhere. and it could've effected the decision adversly because that happened to my mom. She wasn't able to get hired on to the new company because of different requirements, but they still denied her unemployment. She could've appealed the decision.. but again she didn't have the tenacity that is sometimes required to get it.

A tornado touched down in my town recently. Luckily it touched down way off in the outskirts of town and just flipped a couple abandoned trailers on a field or something.

mmm. Im pretty sure I got out of going by saying I had college classes that would interfere with one time.

lol two fuggs accounts, cyberbully, zombieninjakitten, and scoobdog. Idk.. Some kind of psycological thriller with fuggs as the heavily psycotic lead role. Cyberbully plays two roles. He first makes his appearance as a disdainful ex-boyfriend that gets a bad rap from unlookers initially for chastizing our poor star. As the movie progresses, and fuggs becomes increasingly manic, and a danger to those around her the audience starts to see how Cyberbully may not be the antagonist or villian after all as he continually tries to warn those in her path of the imminent danger. However it isn't until around the climax after Fuggs has lost total control that anybody takes Cyberbully seriously. Zombie makes her appearance as an easy going person that befriends our maniac of a star. She has a high capacity for empathy, and shares a lot of views, insecurities , etc with fuggs and she becomes an unwilling victim of fuggs mania in the end. Cyberbullies second role is that of a mental demon and hallucination experienced by fuggs and plays the true role of villian in our story..causing fuggs mental state to deteriorate throughought the course of the movie. ( After death Scoobdog, joins Cyberbully as one of fuggs mental antagonists... Their power to berate and chastise now twofold) Sorry scoob, but you don't make it out of this movie alive however you play a very important role as Fuggs psychiatrist, and a very apt doctor when it comes to the sciences of the human brain. During an appointment scheduled after you realize just how in danger all of our other cast members may be you decide to make a hard call and break doctor/patient confidentiality to make a phone call warning Cyberbully that our star's mental psyche has reached a full meltdown. This makes you her first victim. In the end there can only be one.. survivor Idk.. Will it be zombie or cyberbully? Find out by watching Fuggsmania in a theater near you. rated B for Bullshit. -
@lupin_bebop I get you're over-all point. We've discussed this stuff before lol. That's kind of why I made the thread. All I know is Suddenlink has been raping my wallet, and not been able to justify it really... Is there a bigger issue? idk. Probably..
-
Yes. That's a state issue not necessarily a provider issue though. I could be wrong, but I doubt Texas is the only state to impose that tax... I mean the purpose of this thread is just to compare data providers. I know all the technical differences between this and that..What I'm saying is it doesn't hinder the ability of the customer to shop, and compare rates in their local area.. That's all I'm trying to do, and that is the purpose of this thread. I mean if one provider has some taxes and fees you've found another doesn't in a given area THAT's what I want to know. All this thread is about is comparing the rates of a provider to their services which of course is going to vary across states.

Took you long enough to respond to this slutty tits. -
Thankfully my wifi device count isnt that high atm I just have like 3 or 4 devices that might be connected at any given moment usually.
-
what provider do you use now?
-
The rates are supposed to be locked for me for 2 years. I mentioned how suddenlink does things the same way, and since I've been a tech for them I mentioned that all the people I've talked to in admin from Suddenlink say it's mandatory taxes causing the increase in rates from month to month. He said Direc Tv doesn't have the cable taxes.. Sales reps are sales reps though. He probably said that because satellite might be taxed differently, but at&t will probably end up going up on my internet rates if nothing else. Only time will tell honestly. I went from paying $60 something to over $100 a month for just highly capped and restricted internet with suddenlink so as long as they beat that I'll stay a happy customer.
-
Yeah I know..
-
Cat 5. They are supposingly moving to fiber or at least preparing to offer the option here. The tech that activited my box works for AT&T and contracts for Direct Tv on the side. My line from Suddenlink isn't any better though so I'm not going to skip it. The main reason I'm getting Direct TV is to ditch Suddenlink as a provider. If for some reason it doesn;t beat out suddenlink I'll just have to figure something else out.

All I could think was maybe it's a natural basin. It would make more sense that it was made by volcanic activity. The main difference between martian volcanoes and most the ones here on earth is supposingly a lack of plate tectonics. The molten rock pushed up from the core unhindered creating massive bulges and shield volcanoes like Olympus Mons. I wish an active volcano would be discovered. That would be news.
