Who even at 50 is running marathons, participating in roller derby bouts, crossfit training, and never failing to call me a "stupid fuck" over speakerphone as a response to me greeting her with "what up, slut?" when I call. This whole bottle of Evan Williams is for her, figuratively. I expect me to finish it tomorrow by noon.

Surprise wedding at a bar where people think it's a going away party. The minister includes "Queerly beloved, we are gathered here to-gay" And quotes the sailor moon theme song at least once during the ceremony. The exchange of rings are cock rings we wear on our wrists. Then I get smashed and play darts and eat a cake that says Happy Birthday

Probably a skateboarding forum. I was a pre-teen back then, and years after joined so many forums it's impossible to remember the exact name of the first, especially since the forum wasn't affiliated with any major skate companies/magazines. Pretty sure I just searched "skateboarding forums" and joined each one on the first page of search results.

Understandable. ❤️ If you ever do pick it back up, lmk!

That can be troubling. I've had that happen recently with my cousin, who streams his DJ sets. I've been considering ways to build a community that occasionally joins me in watching others do their thing as a result.

I legitimately couldn't be more proud of my wife.

I love this thread with all my heart. At least, the original post. -
but since I know not everybody wants to sit through a whole 1.5 hours of gaming, I've started editing highlight reels, so to speak. If anybody else is in the live-streaming community, I'd love to check out your stuff! Here's one I just finished.

Back when I was cooking less, it appeared more tedious, and perhaps it still is in one way a chore, but at least it's one I don't mind doing. A forty minute dish is time that flows like water and I am the sea.

I cooked when I was living alone in South Korea (and it wasn't that great. I'd prepare salmon on my single-burner stove-top without any seasoning or sides), but when I moved in with my now-spouse, he was great at cooking. So I stopped, and when I moved into a house where there's an even better cook, I honestly felt scared to start back up as a novice around pros. But with self-isolation, and my husband working full-time, I said fuck it, so I started cooking. Obviously my housemates (and my husband) were more supportive and encouraging than my anxiety led me to believe, and I've made some really great stuff. I'm particularly proud of successfully making crab meat au gratin as the first dish. I've made more since, and I'm still slow to prep (anxiety makes me almost-too-cautious), but so far the few meals I've made have been successful. All that said, throw me recipes!

I'll compromise with my butt in your fat.

That's no sugar alien; that's an alien pimp, and yes probing is the currency.

I think I could date somebody who was pregnant. There's a lot of care and consideration to be had regarding their well-being (what you cook for them, what they drink, what's the plan for getting them to the hospital, stillbirths are common, postpartum depression, etc). I don't think it means I'm indebted to become the kid's parent if I'm still dating them by the time the child's born, though I'd imagine helping out with basic childcare, and if things got serious, then I'd be a parent.

Definitely don't want Twitter numbers, either. -
Modelo is good too. I'm not big on Negra, but Especial is nice.

I think it's a decent mass-produced Mexican lager. By no means amazing, but I like it more than Corona.

Devs It's a slow burn but damn... it's compelling.

Given this piece plays with convention by mixing common tropes with contemporary familiarity (renewing the man for a new season), I love the beginning, and think it works incredibly. Even beyond the whole piece: a fable about a man tired of breathing? I know I'm fascinated, especially now.
