I like playing both, but competitive Smash is so boring to watch. I can't imagine playing as a legit pro on mere virtue of the playstyle required of pros completely draining any enjoyment out of the game. Playing competitively against non-pro friends is, you know, actually fun.

I liked the premise of "most people have powers but protagonist has to prove he's able to be a hero despite no power" more than "most people have powers but protagonist has to prove he's able to be a hero despite no power.... until his idol happens be be able to give him a power". Spends the introduction bashing you over the head repeatedly with a simple message of heroism coming from intent rather than power, only to immediately undermine the point in a matter of episodes. It'd be a lot more interesting to see him outwit villains as a normal kid than to have them literally give him, like, the strongest known ability.

It has very significant spoilers. Kurapika might not be in it, but the arc after Greed Island [Chimera Ant] is a common fan favorite and with good reason. Current arc would definitely spoil major parts of that. That aside, current arc is shaping up to be a Kurapika-focused Chimera Ant.

I finished both and wound up caring very little about most of P4. Like there were a couple things here and there that made me want to really like it, but I just couldn't get into it and stay into it since for every good thing, there would be several pretty dumb things. Didn't have that problem with Zero Escape. I liked all 3 games in the series enough tp finish all of them. P4 didn't exactly inspire me to pick up the others, but I probably will eventually.
