At this point, I wouldn't worry about the co-worker. I'd just say you didn't know about the email until after it had been sent and you never wanted anything to do with it. If the co-worker is actually a good friend he should understand that what he did unnecessarily got you into trouble. Then again, I don't think he would have included you in the first place if he were.

If you play a Youtube tab in desktop view, you can switch tabs. The video stops, but using most androids you can pull the top menu down and play it from there. It mostly nullifies any point of YT Red since the screen doesn't have to be on, except ads and autoplay can fuck it up and it's annoying to do every time. Red is a waste of money and I literally have it out of laziness.
