Yeah, definitely don't weight train every day......Every other day is sufficient. I would say an hour of cardio is excessive if you're just starting out but it also depends on what you consider cardio and how intense it is.

This......The day after she made her farewell post she logged in the next day at like 9pm but didn't post. Pretty much this......There's a nice quiet single seater on the 3rd floor that no one ever uses that I frequent. It even has i little cabinet with the cleaning supplies for it if I'm feeling extra anal (NPI). The other bathrooms a very well kept and I would gladly use one of those as well, but they are far less private. But back when I was working construction I would skip lunch on purpose because there was NO WAY I was shitting in a portapotty
