I eat relatively well.....For a guy who has diabetes pointing both barrels at him from either side of the family, I've managed to avoid it. I quit smoking 3 or so years ago but I replaced it with vaping which isn't really too much better......Yeah, I'm not actually burning leaves and paper laced with chemicals but it still takes it's toll, plus the brand I vape is actually produced by big bacca, so yeah. Probably drinking is the big one, and since I've quit before, I know I need to cut it out forever but I'm in no rush because fuck this spinning ball of dirt.
