I wanted to fry catfish, and thought I had the white cornmeal/yellow flour mix.......It's the only way to fry catfish. But All I have is yellow cornmeal and self rising flour. You do not fry with self rising flour. Now, with 20 minutes before school is out, I have to go to the grocery store and it's not so much the time constraints as much as I'm hungry, and I'm very irresponsible in grocery stores when I'm hungry. Bout to buy all the cereal.
