I'd almost kind of understand where they're coming from here if it wasn't for the fact that Matty Yglesias absolutely should be beaten to death with a blimp full of hammers, and it's absurd to expect any reasonable person to read his awful posts without feeling that strongly in their chest or being permitted to express it.

The GTA trilogy were my favorite games as a teen. San Andreas was the last GTA game I ever played before finally growing up and moving on from gritty, cinematic console shooters to the formulaic Rated E world of Nintendo handhelds/emulators. I actually just recently replayed SA on PS2 after like 15 years though, and I have to admit it has left me wanting more of That. In 2015 I would go over my next door neighbor's house sometimes and watch him play IV but it just didn't appeal to me at the time, I was too deep in the Pokemon battling meta..... Now after reading this thread I'm sitting here seriously thinking about scouring around for a used PS3, and wondering what sort of person would still be active on the multiplayer.

Huh, this whole time I thought SymBionic Titan was that other CN action cartoon with completely different animation that got canceled like 10 years ago where a red haired boy and girl hunt various alien monsters with their dad or something.

I've been playing Duel Links the last few months. Pretty fun. I like the shorter more limited duels now, at first it bothered me but it's like yeah it really doesn't need to take longer than a few seconds per turn.

I have to wake up at like 3am for my dumb job, and I still almost never go to bed early enough to not feel horrible having to get up at that time

Season 3 kicking off with a bang this man is all the way off the rails.

Better than most shows though not mad I watched it but didn't think it was as good as I was told. 7/10

I watched to ep 4 of s2 and stopped. Might come back to it in a couple years when s2 and 3 are done and marathon them but otherwise I'm pretty neutral on this experience, very middling show. I enjoyed it while watching and want to see what happens next but it moves slow which is mostly fine but it's also like come on let's get there with the Woods stuff but idk, maybe they'll change the pace the rest of s2.
