i definitely want a manicure soon but I'm starting to want a pedicure more and more. work is rough on my feet and I'm feeling really not good about them. I'm thinking a pedicure might help with that. i just need to get over feeling weird about people touching me, especially my feet >.< i want a manicure with at least a clear coat cause work is also rough on my hands

yes! they're so good, and they really flesh out the experiences of certain characters in a way a show can't. and there's a lot more content in the books that will explain a LOT of the confusing parts of the final season. the show is great and i love it but the books are even better. edit: oh! and the novellas! there's a novella that explains Amos's backstory on earth and why he is the way he is, and i think there's another one or more besides that. Amos's is called The Churn.

yeah Avasarala is another favorite of mine. her wardrobe matches her attitude lol she's so cool

it's really good. it's very queer and the story hits harder for neurodivergent folks but it's a great story with multiple characters for everyone to relate to. its made for kids but it's so well written that you don't really notice that aspect of it, and it keeps getting better.

i can't believe i couldn't find a thread about The Owl House! i finished it a few weeks ago and it is now my favorite show ever, it's so good! please tell me I'm not the only one here who loved this show

the books are also good but yeah the show is amazing, all of the characters are great and the story is amazing and it just keeps getting better. everyone's favorite character is Amos, witch is fair, but i love Naomi too. she's such a badass.

i have no real special plans for the summer but i do want to get outside and enjoy the scenery. i moved out of the desert and it'll be nice to enjoy a summer with actual forests and green stuff. mostly i just want to get in shape. going to two concerts this fall and i wanna look good >.>

butterflies are beautiful until you drive through a swarm and it looks like someone shot mustard colored paintballs at your windshield I'm happy the moths that migrate through where i live now aren't as easily splattered. I've come to appreciate and pity them when they get trapped in the production facility i work at. i try to save them but they're straight up suicidal

these are dangerous times. I've been super lucky to have people around me who are supportive. i can definitely understand why some might struggle to get there. I'm hoping to get involved in organizing mutual aid to help other trans people so they have an opportunity to be themselves too. i just have to get my own life in order first because it's still kind of a mess lol
