  1. Wendy's Dave's Double. I never get the Baconator anymore. I like veggies on my burgers.
  2. Happy birthday, hooha lover
  3. Big Brother is like a microcosm of human interaction. If you don't shit talk about others behind their backs, you will undoubtedly lose. Reminds me of how some people throw people under the bus to fet promoted in the workplace.
  4. I'm happy to say I was able to fix the curry I made. I just had to boil it for a while to evaporate some of the water and thicken it. It was honestly the spiciest thing I ever made. I gave some to my one Indian friend for lunch and . . . he said it wasn't spicy. I used so much chili powder too. Anyway, I had it for dinner today again, along with some raita made with Greek yogurt.
  5. pumpkin spice time, late August Because we just can't wait two more weeks until Labor Day. Foreplay is so underrated, I swear.
  6. I tried making a chicken curry . . . it took hours and it came out quire bad. I kind of want to cry. 🙃
  7. So many of my favorite dishes involve caramelized onions, and that shit takes so long to cook. 🫠
  8. I'm so excited. 🚽 https://www.google.com/amp/s/variety.com/2024/film/news/skibidi-toilet-michael-bay-movie-adam-goodman-1236077245/amp/
  9. It's to bypass the stupid filters on shit like Tiktok and even avoid demonetization on Youtube. It does seem to make light of the situation, but I guess that's how the CCP and corporations like it.
  10. "If you cringe at past mistakes, you've grown as a person." Although, one should try to avoid masochism, or at least not overindulge in it.
  11. I'm so glad I discovered raita. We seem to be ingrained to think yogurt needs to be sweet to be tasty, but it can be savory and tasty too.
  12. ^ That's what happens when someone opens a page with the hooha on it.
  13. They really went overboard with with Susie's mother in Rugrats. She's a Harvard-educated doctor who also studied as at the Cordon Bleu, is a talented pianist, makes lamps, knows how to fly planes, and somehow finds time to be a dedicated wife and mother . . . and with all these talents, they made her Tommy's neighbor. I'm sure a woman like her would have a mansion with maids and shit.
  14. I'm making chicken biryani and for the first time, raita. I bought this chili powder from the Indian store that said extra hot . . . let's just see how this goes. I wonder just how horrible my kitchen smells to people, considering that I cook a wide variety of cuisines that have pungent smells. Masala from Indian, soy sauce from Chinese and Japanese, fish sauce from Thai, oregano from Italian, etc.
  15. Most Aldi products are of an OK quality, but the spaghetti noodles are exceptionally subpar.
  16. Hiragana is derived from Chinese characters written in cursive. Letters that weren't accepted into hiragana have a peculiar name: hentaigana.
  17. I made these burgers from Aldi. 24 quarter pound patties for 15 dollars. Pretty damn good price. I also might have drank a little too much. 🙃
  18. It's fine. I probably should give up one or the other . . . probably the potatoes. Rice is my favorite. Anyway, no digestive issues for me, but I know this probably is a glycemic overload.
  19. My food actually looks photogenic today but my table is so hideous. Slow cooked pork wirh sauerkraut, green beans, mashed potatoes, and rice.
  20. Leftover biryani with palak paneer. Not gonna lie, even though it was tasty af, it looks like a Packard abomination 😭
  21. I made chicken biryani myself for the first time. Jesus, was this labor intensive, even though I used a spice packet. The end result was good, although the texture was more like a rice porridge than a biryani. The taste was just right, and I added habanero peppers to make it hot, which fortunately came out to the level of hotness I wanted. I think I'll make it again. So much cheaper than getting it at a restaurant.
