  1. Duolingo topics crack me up sometimes.
  2. Wendy's Dave's Double. I never get the Baconator anymore. I like veggies on my burgers.
  3. Happy birthday, hooha lover
  4. Big Brother is like a microcosm of human interaction. If you don't shit talk about others behind their backs, you will undoubtedly lose. Reminds me of how some people throw people under the bus to fet promoted in the workplace.
  5. I'm happy to say I was able to fix the curry I made. I just had to boil it for a while to evaporate some of the water and thicken it. It was honestly the spiciest thing I ever made. I gave some to my one Indian friend for lunch and . . . he said it wasn't spicy. I used so much chili powder too. Anyway, I had it for dinner today again, along with some raita made with Greek yogurt.
  6. pumpkin spice time, late August Because we just can't wait two more weeks until Labor Day. Foreplay is so underrated, I swear.
  7. I tried making a chicken curry . . . it took hours and it came out quire bad. I kind of want to cry. 🙃
  8. So many of my favorite dishes involve caramelized onions, and that shit takes so long to cook. 🫠
  9. How progressive of Trump; JD Vance is probably gay. https://www.businessinsider.com/jd-vance-convinced-himself-gay-hillbilly-elegy-trump-vp-2024-7 Actually, no he definitely is. I know he has connections to Peter Thiel. Those two definitely fucked. Too bad conservatives are more about appearances to actually dig a little under the surface to find this out.
  10. I'm so excited. 🚽 https://www.google.com/amp/s/variety.com/2024/film/news/skibidi-toilet-michael-bay-movie-adam-goodman-1236077245/amp/
  11. It's to bypass the stupid filters on shit like Tiktok and even avoid demonetization on Youtube. It does seem to make light of the situation, but I guess that's how the CCP and corporations like it.
  12. "If you cringe at past mistakes, you've grown as a person." Although, one should try to avoid masochism, or at least not overindulge in it.
  13. I'm a sucker for symbolism so . . . pardon me if this is gonna come off as profoundly stupid. Christopher Columbus sailed the the ocean in search of a route to India. The Native Americans eventually gained the nickname of Indians. And of course, the founding of this country depended heavily on black slavery. This is all common knowledge to Americans. Here is something not that well known: George Washington had no biological children. His wife had children from a previous marriage. He is considered the father of this country, and Biden stepping down echoes his sentiments about the transference of power. Harris has no biological children of her own, but married a man with children from a previous marriage. This country is a legacy of the British Empire, and they once occupied India. Indian Americans are now the most successful ethnic group of people in this country. They are about to surpass Chinese Americans in population, making them the most common Asian Americans. Extremely powerful symbolism with Harris, just saying.
  14. I'm so glad I discovered raita. We seem to be ingrained to think yogurt needs to be sweet to be tasty, but it can be savory and tasty too.
  15. Winnie the Pooh's right here, thinking she's quite capable, so.
  16. ^ That's what happens when someone opens a page with the hooha on it.
  17. She could also be the youngest 😱
  18. Some GOP politicians are saying if Biden is not fit to run in the election then he probably shouldn't be president right now. It's nice to know they're excited for Harris to become president, even going so far to help her become one regardless of the election.
  19. They really went overboard with with Susie's mother in Rugrats. She's a Harvard-educated doctor who also studied as at the Cordon Bleu, is a talented pianist, makes lamps, knows how to fly planes, and somehow finds time to be a dedicated wife and mother . . . and with all these talents, they made her Tommy's neighbor. I'm sure a woman like her would have a mansion with maids and shit.
  20. And then she'd have the incumbency advantage @Belize kept mentioning.
  21. Seriously, he's not the first candidate to survive an assassination attempt . . . but Biden withdrew closer to election time than any other president in the entire history of this country. Oh no, the spotlight is no longer on Trump's situation anymore.
