I'm happy to say I was able to fix the curry I made. I just had to boil it for a while to evaporate some of the water and thicken it. It was honestly the spiciest thing I ever made. I gave some to my one Indian friend for lunch and . . . he said it wasn't spicy. I used so much chili powder too. Anyway, I had it for dinner today again, along with some raita made with Greek yogurt.

Harris has no biological children of her own, but married a man with children from a previous marriage. This country is a legacy of the British Empire, and they once occupied India. Indian Americans are now the most successful ethnic group of people in this country. They are about to surpass Chinese Americans in population, making them the most common Asian Americans.
