The last gummy I took just gave me brain fog and a headache. Not that lucky. 😂Hopefully tonight will be different.

And I was just outside about 20-30 minutes ago. Damn!

Actually, today was not too bad. It was just loud and busy. I need a little “me” time.

Depends on what time it happens. I have to take my dog out again around 10 or 10:30. Anything later than that is probably a no.

Not yet. But soon. I definitely need dark and quiet very soon.

I live on a street with lots of lights, houses and trees. Stars, planets, etc are not too visible, probably. Also, I plan on planting my butt firmly on my couch soon, and not moving unless I have to use the restroom or go to bed.

Nah, you’re fine. It’s been that kind of day (for me, at least). I’ve seen some people call it a Pearl Jam song, and some credit it to Eddie Vedder. I’m not really sure. That movie was “Reign Over Me”, and it is quite possibly my favorite Adam Sandler movie.
