Night Swim 7/10 Borderlands 6/10 (Still surprised this bombed so hard. I really liked the little robot, Claptrap. He was funny. Without him it probably would have been pretty meh. Not a bad movie though. Never played the game mind you, so I had no expectations to dash.)

Her tear drops bring the episode to an end. That would be a pretty useful ability. If you don't like the way the plot's going just cry.

I barely remember anything about this show at all it's been so long since it was on before, so I if they are getting any other seasons of it soon really good idea for them to run the first one again like this.

Thank goodness. I was getting worried I was about to actually going to have to make a discussion for this. I mean I barely even remember how to make a thread it's been so long since I've had to do that. First impression: this show's looking like One Punch Man and Black Clover had a baby.

Ghost Stories 12 - 20 That was good. I really enjoy scary stories, and some of those ghosts were surprisingly scary considering how old the show is. I did sample the dub in some places along the way, but mostly just for episode 12 cuz it was a more emotional kind of serious episode, and I was most curious I guess about how the dub would handle something like that. It was worse than I was expecting honestly, and I wasn't expecting much. But yeah, changing the part of Satsuki remembering her father and some nurses rushing to her mother's hospital room because she's dying into a joke about him apparently going to have group sex with the nurses instead told me everything I needed to know about it really.

Ghost Stories 5 - 11 I knew there were a lot ghost tales in Japanese folklore from having seen some shows like Yamishibai and Haunted Junction, but didn't realize that there was essentially a boom for them that traced back to a specific set of live-action movies with the same name as this anime that came out back in the mid to late 90s over there. Might have to try and check them out somehow later on.

Franky vs. a vacuum cleaner. Hmmmm... yeah, I'll think place my bet on Franky in that match-up of technological wonders.

Le Chevalier D'Eon 21 - 24 Still some aspects to and uses of the supernatural stuff in the show that were kind of oft-putting to me, but pushing that aside, I'm happy to say I really liked the story in the end and was not at all disappointed as I was starting to fear I might be by the revelations of the final episodes. Best part of the show though really is how they were able to weave so much actual history into it and make what I normally would consider totally boring stuff truly interesting to watch and learn about.
