but they don't Bruise as easily because they have thicker skin that's why Heirloom Tomatoes are a fad now they aren't really grown from "elderly tomato seeds" like hipsters claim they're just all the varieties of Tomatoes that aren't sold in normal grocery stores because they bruise too easily they also happen to taste better than Roma tomatoes

Steven Universe Artbook contains racist unused character design
mochi replied to mochi's topic in Movies & Television
they issued an apology for Concrete that said there's some other stuff in the book that people also find questionable such as Amethyst being drawn as a Stereotypical "Chola girl", and a borderline sexually inappropriate drawing of Lapis and Peridot -

if only the show itself was S: -
as can plainly be seen it is a lighter and softer take (though season 2 may not be, I'll explain later) things worthy of note 1. Kevin Levin does not exist, many of his character traits have been given to the character "Frightwig" who has been diminished in age to match Ben and Gwen 2. several characters from later Ben 10 series have been introduced early here, such as Edward Cullen Mike Morningstar from Alien force, and Billy Billions from Omniverse 3. season 1's finale, apparently establishes that the second season is going to take a sudden swerve and become dark, as it introduces Vilgax, and he has not been made any ligher of softer in any way, he is just as homicidal and evil as he was in the original show, which is in stark contrast to the rest of the reboot 4. several characters who were villians in the orignal have been retconned as heroes for some reason 5. rather than having self contained story arcs that last for one season then get replaced by a new villain and main conflict, apparently this show is going to have a long ongoing "Myth arc" somewhat like Steven Universe does, which will last the entirety of the series from beginning to end basically, it appears the "lighter and softer" artstyle, shoddy animation and juvenile storytelling style in season 1 are decoys to make the sudden swerve into dark at the end of season 1 more shocking, or so I've been told by people who saw the eps early (they aired in other countries before airing here) basically, the Reboot is a fake Teen Titans go!, it starts out seeming like a pure comedy reboot with dumb jokes, then season 1's finale pulls a "nope, still a dark action cartoon, fooled ya!" twist

Thomas Dekker is an actor from the show heroes and he just came out as gay, which is fine but he did it by accusing Bryan Fuller of outing him.....Bryan Fuller did no such thing Bryan Fuller mentioned the writing he did for heroes in an award acceptance speech, and mentioned he had written a gay character in the show Heroes but that the actor in question who was set to play the character threatened to quit the show if they didn't rewrite his character and make him straight he never mentioned who it was and he never said the actor was Gay but then Thom Dekker came out confirming that the character was his character and that he was gay, claiming that vaguely mentioning that some unspecified actor forced him to "hetwash" a gay character was somehow outing him if anything Bryan Fuller was calling him a homophobe which he obviously is (whether he's gay or not) his objections seem to imply he believes his character on heroes was real, since his argument is "If I play a fictional gay character then everyone will think I really am gay!"

THIS TV is a small I think local Nostalgia channel, (they mostly just show shows from the 70's) and they appear to have recently started a block showing a few older cartoons, kind of like what Cartoon network originally was but on a smaller scale not that any of the cartoons on it are any good, but, I'm gonna see where it goes I'm tired of CN showing nothing but Teen Titans Go! every day, and I kinda want the channel to get a legitimate competitor someday, mind you I only don't consider Nick and Disney legit competitors because Nick's cartoons mostly suck and Disney doesn't even have cartoons anymore, they moved all their cartoons to Disney , a premium channel there was a time I thought the Hub Network was gonna become a decent competitor to CN.....but then Discovery yanked control of the channel back from Hasbro and regressed it back into Discovery Kids., dumping every Hasbro show except for My little pony THIS TV's block seems to consist of a Robocop cartoon I never heard of from the late 90's, that strange Pac-Man cartoon from Disney , and apparently Miraculous Ladybug (a former Nickelodeon show that then moved to Netflix when Nick cancelled it) edit, the Block is called Kid's Click and the shows planned to air on it (though two were removed at the last minuet) are Weekdays 6:00AM RoboCop: Alpha Commando (was scheduled to be Sonic X) 6:30AM Max Steel (2013 series) 7:00AM Angry Birds 7:30AM Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir 8:00AM Rocket Monkeys 8:30AM Super 4 Weekends 7:00AM RoboCop: Alpha Commando 7:30AM Super 4 (was scheduled to be Sonic X) 8:00AM Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 8:30AM Scary Larry 9:00AM Pink Panther and Pals 9:30AM Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures two shows that were listed included Sonic X, and a brand new series called "Zac Storm Super Pirate" made by man of action (Ben 10 and classic Teen Titans) but that show along with Sonic X vanished from the lineup right before launch for unknown reasons

for the most part I just find it amusing that they actually think a sparkly pink Dating sim full of Daddy Kink jokes made entirely by straight people is a great and wonderous gift to the Gay community -

another thing that bugs me is that some people keep telling me the people making the game are actually Gay but they never mention any of the actual supposedly gay people making the game By name, they keep only mentioning the Gamegrumps and their team by name, who are as far as I know not gay (since Arin denies it constantly and all I know about Danny is that he claims he "converted" a lesbian couple once) edit: having spoken to one of the main people making the claim that the team making the game are gay they basically admitted they have no proof and have been given no proof that the claim that anyone who worked on the game is actually gay is true edit: Ding-Dong of Oneyplays (another gaming show filmed in the same offices as Gamegrumps but not 100% connected to GG) has voiced his personal opinion of the game, and it is not good, he says what he's seen of the game and the people behind it that the game is very much meant to pander to fujoshis and other straight people who fetishize gay men rather than being something gay men would actually enjoy playing themselves, he says he feels the game is based more on a cutesy stereotyped idea of what gay men are supposed to be like, rather than what a gay parent would actually be like, he goes on to say that he's sure the Gamegrumps only funded and took part in the game because they wanted brownie points and money and not because they actually have any respect for gay people, an Opinion he claims Julian (another member of the Oneyplays team who happens to actually be a gay man himself)shares so it looks pretty bad at this point
