sports FOOTBALL 2017 THE DUMBENING

well the vikings do have a few things going for them. they got a nice 2 game lead over the lions. their remaining schedule isnt that bad with their toughest game being against the rams. they should be able to win at least 4 games which should give them the division, if not the wildcard. if they make the playoffs they might get bradford back. -
i would have said no to a nba fantasy league. if i didnt have fantasy football i would say maybe but having the two is more work. the thunder are weird, they should be winning more with the talent they have but maybe they still havent learned to play well together. im not too worried yet since the season is still young but if they stay at the current pace they will miss the playoffs and you can bet both anthony and george will be gone. i really gotta say i was wrong about boston. i kinda counted them out as contenders in the east after hayward got injured but they got the best record in the league right now and are on a 9 game win streak. giannis is probably the most exciting player to watch. the greek freak is the real deal, if milwakee is smart they will sign him on to a mega contract andy can and surround him the talent to have him succeed.

the picks is still kinda close. this week wasnt that great for me but at least i didnt fall behind. dam the jets! the dvoa rankings came out for week 9 heres the top 5 1. rams 2. steelers 3. eagles 4. jags 5. saints the biggest trend this year is balance. all the top teams this year are good at both offense and defense compared to last year top teams where teams were highly unbalanced. this year all those unbalanced teams from last year are still unbalanced and rank lower in dvoa ranking. -

i think the eagles biggest enemy at this point is attrition. can they be healthy enough for january? if they are they should be able to compete. denver and a lot of other teams need a qb. its crazy how the number of good qbs or even average qbs is low in the league. yes the niners will play jimmy this season despite what coach shanahan says. panthers are fucking bi polar as hell which makes them tough to predict when they will win. after a rough start, the cowboys are playing good. those two games against the eagles will be more interesting. kirk cousins is clutch. that game was boring as all hell but the last few minutes where exciting. seattle had no business losing to the skins, especially at home. raiders defense is the worst ever! theres nothing worst to watch than seeing a team being able to move the ball from anywhere and score. it doesnt matter where they start, any team can go 99 yards very easily against the raiders. and when did the receivers turn to shit? i am almost counting the team out of the playoffs with our remaining schedule. -
black by a mile.

i was gonna make this a thread but glad you beat me to it :fap:

the only players i'd trade for are love and lebron but thats pretty much it in my opinion i think the owner should have kept kyrie and traded lebron during this past off season. kyrie wanted to be the man, and it didnt matter where as long as it wasnt with lebron. it would have been the perfect opportunity to do a full rebuild around kyrie and get the most they can from trading lebron.

http://www.footballoutsiders.com/week-quotes/2017/week-quotes-november-3-2018 one of my favorite segments on this awesome site. the week in quotes is just that quotes from around the league. "Got several emails last night that coaching staff for #Browns HIGHLY upset at front office. Coaches in building working, FO went home at 5 while coaches continued to work the night before the trade deadline. Sasha Brown was unaware of the Jimmy G trade and was actually informed of it by an irate coaching staff who had lobbied to acquire him, over an hour after it happened. the front office is undercutting them by not acquiring the talent they need to win, and not putting in matching effort to do so." -- Denver beat writer Benjamin Allbright reports the series of events that led to the Cleveland Browns missing out on Patriots' quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. (Benjamin Allbright, Twitter) "To be honest the reason I keep looking back is because my speed on Madden is 82-83, so I think they are going to catch me." -- Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster addresses why he looks behind him as he runs in the open field. (Jeff Hathhorn, Twitter) "They suck. They throw a wrench in our schedule. It's absolutely ridiculous that we have to do this. As physical as this game is, as much work and preparation that goes into this, to force us to play games on four-day weeks, it's completely unfair and bulls---. The league makes money off it, and that's all they care about anyway." -- Buffalo Bills guard Richie Incognito after his team lost to the New York Jets 34-21 on Thursday Night Football. (ESPN.com)
