the "fear of russia" is nothing but bs. the amassing of russian forces was a response to growing nato influence. nato which is a destructive force, and not defensive at all, as seen throughout its bloody and destructive history. there are interviews of putin as late as in early 2022, stating his growing concerns with nato influence in ukraine. even figures like kissinger had said we provoked russia with nato expansion. you mentioned russia bombing civilians, but failed to mention ukranian forces bombing east ukranians/ethnic russians in east ukraine for 8 years, which was not only genocide but also in violation of the cease fire they had with russia. from what i seen, for the most part, its russia is doing a good job in avoiding civilians targets and concentrating on military ones. also i know there was a report from one of these human watch groups that did show ukraine was also committing war crimes by hiding military with civilian building like in schools and hospitals. but that was early on at the start of the war and havent see much since. overall i have not seen russia targeting civilians in the scale you are describing. much less than the scale shown by the west when bombing middle eastern civilians. summary, nato kept arming ukraine these past 8 years and pushed it to war with russia.

where did i say i was giddy for dead ukrainians? i always said this war was provoked by nato. and since the war started theres been more revelations that support that claim. i truly feel bad for the people of both ukraine and russia. those countries were like brothers and now they been forced to fight and kill each other. my "giddiness" is more from the msm reporting on russia losing the war, but reality paints a different picture. like when everyone was saying russia's economy was gonna tank but gdp was only -2.1% and russian inflation is at a much lower level than ours. and now russia is reported by the imf, to have higher growth than even some eu countries like germany or uk or this year. or like when russia is running out of weapons but clearly have enough to overwhelm ukraine's defenses.

you say it as if we arent the most propagadized nation. how may times did we see a story about paranoid kim, killing one of his top officials, only for weeks later that person to be ok? the u.s propaganda is easy to spot. facts about dprk, they were occupied by authoritarian japan and endured terrible atrocities from the early 20th century till japanse surrender. u.s declares war on them only a few years later after the 50s and after their socialist revolution. korea is split in two, with the communist side beating the u.s into a cease fire. so we still at war with them. u.s still occupies their southern brothers. today, the u.s and s. korea still engage in war drills that are specifically targeted at overthrowing the government. not to mention that we have also imposed harsh sanctions on them. how about the u.s ends the war and get out of korea entirely?
