  1. Last I heard about Blade Runner: Black Lotus is it will be more like 2021. So I don't think that's it. I'm sure Dr. Stone will be replaced by something hot and new! I daresay it's also tame enough for a Season 1 rerun at 8 or 8:30 once MHA reruns catch up to the premieres. If [as]/Toonami plays their cards right, it could even be scheduled so that once MHA reruns end, Dr. Stone takes over the entire power hour, with the final 2 episodes airing the night that Season 2 premieres later on during Toonami! One other oddball prediction I have is a 4th of July marathon for Fire Force (15-24), since it should also be coming back with Season 2 around that time.
  2. Toonami continues to get stronger in the ratings, and the 500K+ club has a new member for 2020, which even beats MHA in 18-49: http://www.showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-top-150-saturday-cable-originals-network-finals-1-25-2020.html
  3. The catalyst in this is probably none other than Toonami! You'll never see this in a ratings report, but a large portion of Toonami's audience is Black! There's a link between anime and hip hop that Toonami is almost exclusively responsible for forming, and of course it also led to works like Samurai Champloo, which is why it was great that Toonami finally brought it home in 2016!
  4. Ok, I feel like an asshole prevert for even posting this, but follow me here... So theoretically, she could bang the hell out of a guy, let him cum in her, then flowback into a cup like 8-10 times, then try to swallow that to activate her quirk? Ah, but it would be dumb to try that, plus too much risk of getting pregnant instead if not on the pill.
  5. Well damn, I didn't know live action movies had been on Toonami before. Kinda boggles the mind why Toonami never did this with TNT DC blockbusters in the 2010s!
  6. Totally awesome speech that turned their concept of desertion upside down! But then "Operation Schlep the Boulder Into the Hole" didn't quite go as planned!
  7. Episodio 11: "Narancia's Li'l Bomber (a.k.a. Aerosmith)" SCREW YOU STEVEN TYLER!! Oh well, watch the next episode of the bizarre-ness at 2:30 AM tonight (1/25-26) ONLY TOONAMI!!!
  8. Episode 13: "Something More Important Than Life" 1:30 AM Tomorrow Night (1/25-26) ONLY TOONAMI!!
  9. Episode 2: Interplay of Light and Shadow EAT UP!!! 1 AM Tomorrow Night (1/25-26) ONLY TOONAMI!!
  10. My guess is it has something to do with Adult Swim wanting an hour buffer zone at 5 AM when daylight savings time ends on 3/7-3/8, which would not have been possible with AOT at 5 AM. The weird thing is that if it IS indeed PRIMAL taking over 4 AM on 2/8, it would get out 4 episodes before going on hiatus unless it's fine to air its finale at 5 AM. We do know Season 2 of PRIMAL is coming soon, but when?
  11. Episode 23: "Smile" Get ready to burn the night for the next-to-last time for now! 12:30 AM Tomorrow night (1/25-26) ONLY TOONAMI!!
  12. Episode 20: "The Age of Energy" Hey, we DO have a topical promo this week!! SCIENCE wins the war, right?? 11:30 PM Tomorrow night (1/25) ONLY TOONAMI!!
  13. Episode #73 (Season 4, Episode 10): Temp Squad Toga's back and causing trouble!! 11 PM Tomorrow night (1/25) Only Toonami!!! [plus ultra]
  14. Oops, jumped da gun!
  15. Hey, I enjoyed the Beerus arc, even if it was just a slightly crappier version of Battle of Gods on a boat! But the Future Trunks arc was by far the best!
  16. Sadly, not in 18-49 and 18-34. Those DBZ Kai numbers are quite low. I'm glad they at least got to finish the Frieza arc before it got pulled, but man, that DBS rerun went nowhere. Oh well, maybe if Home Movies bombs on weeknights, DBS will get another chance there from the beginning later this year like in 2018. I think it's a good decision on [as]'s part to replace those reruns with reruns of MHA Season 4, but it will be interesting to see what they do, especially with the 8:30 timeslot, once it catches up to the premieres. If you have no clue what I'm talking about, there's a tweet for that:
  17. Well, there goes my Boruto theory. Oh please oh please, Toonami, don't let it replace Dr. Stone on 2/29! That would be the biggest "F YOU" to everyone who wants a 2020 show on Toonami! Still, I'm glad JoJo's moving up to 2 AM. Finally Fighting Gold will have a fighting chance! Notice that starting on that day, every hour will have a dedicated theme: Hour 1: Hottest new shows from FUNimation hour! Hour 2: Aniplex monster-battling hour! Hour 3: Shonens that go on and on and on... Hour 4: The Viz supernatural Power Hour Hour 5: Reruns involving people as food Of course this lineup will only persist for 3 weeks before the 11:30 timeslot gets replaced by...something. And I Wonder what [as] will be running at 4 AM? PRIMAL reruns perhaps? I would be surprised, though not shocked, to see Dragon Ball reruns end up in that hour at some point. One other wild card is that a month later on 3/7, [as] must lose an hour of programming due to DST, but what will be sacrificed? Will it be Toonami's reruns for one week only, or will it be (much more likely) the 4 AM hour?
