    EPISODE 3 - A COLD DEATH! Spear and Fang had to take out the old mammoth to get some meat and that warm skin! Fang was also quite useful for her surprising warmth given that she's an ectotherm. But nothing's like a cave!

    Even here in old Alabammy I have noticed that most indoor venues have beefed-up ventilation systems. I am seeing air ducts on the ceilings that I have never noticed before. I guess the likelihood of those places being contaminated is reduced sufficiently.

    I agree to a point. Ventilation systems not being up to snuff at convention centers is a big issue. There should be a simple test that is available to con staff as part of their inspection of a venue that measures the circulation in the air. Outdoor events have long been the exception to the rule that crowds are bad in a pandemic, but while fairly easy for concerts and certain sports, holding an entire con outside would be a logistical nightmare.
