  1. Darn it, I fell asleep about halfway through the movie and my DVR missed it! GOOD THING [as] is currently streaming it!
  2. I almost fell asleep...
  3. Did NOT expect to see Superman under Ivy's control!
  4. Lex Luthor!? ...or Jeff Bezos!?
  5. It's Batman Night!! Don't go to bed yet; the Dark Knight is here with a STONE COLD CLASSIC from 1993!! Making its 5th appearance on Toonami is Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm!! 2:30 AM - ONLY TOONAMI!!
  6. It's Batman Night!! Batman: Hush 2019 Movie 12:30 AM ONLY TOONAMI!!
  7. I believe Gundam: Witch From Mercury could even retake Midnight in November to lead the block if MHA Season 6 doesn't show up instead. But given that a dub hasn't even been announced yet, somehow that seems unlikely to me. We're probably talking about 12:30 or 1 AM in 2023. But it does leave me with a loss as to what ELSE you do IF MHA doesn't show up. Could Bleach: TYBW be a fast-track dub???
  8. Hopefully they were smart enough in 2021 to secure right-of-first refusal to shows like Dr. Stone and Fire Force for their 3rd seasons, though their respective Japanese studios may also be helpful. MHA and AOT I am assuming will be back. I think it's a pretty safe bet we won't be seeing anything from A1 Pictures or Aniplex, though oddly enough [as] apparently still has BOTH seasons of The Promised Neverland!
  9. "AND THERE YOU HAVE IT!!" 🤣
  10. Fun Fact Fena: Pirate Princess's rerun also only made it 5 episodes before getting pulled, and ironically it was obstructed by Blade Runner: Black Lotus marathons.
  11. Apparently, Toonami just confirmed it doesn't need 'em:
  12. My guess is that they're trying to run out the rerun with Lupin the 3rd to air the Made In Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul 2020 movie from 1-3:30 AM on October 22nd (followed by PRIMAL #11 or whatever), then let Housing Complex C take over October 29th, followed by the premiere of MiA S2 at 1 AM on November 5th, the end of Daylight Savings Time, when [as] gets an extra hour. (HCC would be at 3 AM and PRIMAL at 3:30 AM that night after an hour of specials at the 2nd 2 AM, or an obscure movie would air at the 2nd 2 AM and the reruns would be pushed to November 12th.) Hey Sketch, great minds think alike!
  13. "On Adult Swim, the line-up performed as follows: PRIMAL up 0.01 to 0.10/236K, LUPIN THE 3RD up 0.01 to 0.07, YASHAHIME steady at 0.06, ONE PIECE at a steady 0.06/0.06, NARUTO up 0.01 to 0.05, BLADE RUNNER: BLACK LOTUS steady at 0.03/83K, and MADE IN ABYSS up 0.01 to 0.04/95K. " Wow, this result makes Black Lotus look like even MORE of a dud. Rebound for Made in Abyss, as it leaves Orth and gets interesting! Also interesting: College Football belittled hated Toonami rival Live PD's Reelz Reincarnation feeble, as it checked in at #15 18-49 with less than a million viewers. Take THAT, "On Patrol!"
  14. Finally caught up on this episode last night, on a TUESDAY! And as of this morning about 7:45 my on-screen guide STILL has the line-up from April-ish with Shenmue, AOT, and Ass Class! I wanna set the Batman movies to record!!
  15. We've got some catching up to do! Last Saturday, 9/3: "On Adult Swim, the line-up performed as follows: PRIMAL down 0.01 to 0.09/271K, LUPIN THE 3RD steady at 0.06, YASHAHIME down 0.02 to 0.06, ONE PIECE at 0.06/0.06 compared to last week’s 0.06/0.05, NARUTO steady at 0.04, BLADE RUNNER: BLACK LOTUS steady at 0.03/92K, and MADE IN ABYSS steady at 0.03/72K." And then this Thursday (9/8), PRIMAL actually notched its highest total viewers number yet of the season, cracking 300K: https://showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-thursday-9-8-2022-top-150-cable-originals-network-finals.html This past Saturday (9/10), Toonami didn't do too hot relative to all the other cable originals: https://showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-saturday-9-10-2022-top-150-cable-originals-network-finals.html Not posting the grid because NO Toonami shows made it. Lupin actually led the charge, checking in at #64 with a 0.07 in Adults 18-49, which actually improved upon last week slightly. Naruto Shippuden also notched up. Yashahime and the One Pieces (hey, that would make a great band name!) held steady. All shows were also down considerably in total viewers, but Shippuden did hold to 6 digits. Last but certainly not least, Rick & Morty kept kicking ass, placing 3rd in Adults 18-34 on Sunday: https://showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-sunday-9-11-2022-top-150-cable-originals-network-finals.html
  16. You were kinda right: https://showbuzzdaily.com/articles/showbuzzdailys-saturday-9-10-2022-top-150-cable-originals-network-finals.html Nothing in Top 50! And this week Spectrum better get its head out of its butt so I can record the Batman movies!
  17. Episode 5: Incinerator Watching the West Coast feed right now. Many little details I had forgotten, like how Riko's hair is well placed after the blast to barely cover her beestings!
  18. The dark web. Somewhere even Lupin probably shouldn't be!
  19. "All Zipped UP And Ready For Action!?" DRY HUMPING ALERT!!!
  20. Aaaaaaah!!!
